The day began with our ride to the terminal arrival.
There she is - the Disney Fantasy!
Hannah was pretty excited to finally lay eyes on the "boat" we'd been telling her about for more than a year!
At the terminal, we were checked in by this lady, who happened to be from Lucas, Ohio! For those of you who aren't familiar with my hometown, Perrysville has about 3000 residents, and Lucas, about 10 minutes away, has about the same number. What a small world!
This is the terminal, where we waited only about 25 minutes before we were called to board the ship!
Once on board, we ate lunch and started exploring. This is the most empty the pool deck was all week!
There's the entrance to the AquaDuck, the onboard water coaster. Hannah and I rode it four times, twice in the dark!
We were part of a big group for this cruise. We booked through a travel agent to be part of the All Ears group. All Ears is the website I use for virtually all of my Disney planning. The founder of the site, Deb Wills, is know to loyal Disney fans like me. We got to participate in private functions, and when there was one, this sign blocked off the ship from other passengers. It was fun!

This is the entrance to the kids' club, the Oceaneer Club. This is the "play floor" which is basically like a giant iPad. Kids can jump around on it, and it's interactive.
This is the Pixie Hollow area, named after the Tinkerbell movies.
Andy's room, which Hannah loved. And I love this shot of her!
Hannah liked playing with the giant Mr. Potato Head.
There were also games that kids could play. Hannah loved the one that allowed her to pretend she was steering the ship.
This animation area was Hannah's favorite. The table was lit from below, so kids could trace pictures.
Finally, it was time to check out our room!

Back up to the top deck, it was time for the sail-away party! Here, the AquaDuck is already in action!
The All Ears group had a photographer on board, so she snapped a shot of us dancing at the party. I love the look on Hannah's face here!
As we pulled away from the dock, the cast members who work at the terminal waved goodbye to us!

As we walked back down to the room to get ready for dinner, Hannah started hopping on the deck. If you look at the shadow on the deck, it was one of the "windmill" devices on stop of the stacks. (I'm guessing it's a navigational tool of some sort for the bridge.) Anyway, she started using the shadow like a jumprope, so it was video time! :)
